We don’t do a giant menu. We do carnitas — slow-cooked in small batches every day we open, until they’re crispy on the outside and fall-apart tender inside. Then we build everything else on top of that. No shortcuts.

And when we’ve got chicharrones, grab them fast. They don’t last.

  1. Check where we are

    Most days we’re on Airport Rd. Some days we’re at a market or an event. We post it every morning.

    Calling ahead means it’s ready when you get here. Walk-ups are always welcome.

    We cook fresh in limited batches and we stay till it’s gone. Some days that’s well before closing time.
